You may use our products only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for your account, the content you submit, and your use of the products.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Do not misuse our products. This includes attempting to interfere with their operation, accessing them by any method other than the interfaces we provide, or using them for unlawful purposes.
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant RippleCue a worldwide license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve our products.
Some products and features are paid. Fees, billing terms, and refund policies are described at the point of purchase or in a separate order form.
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RippleCue will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
